This page explains how to delete an account you created in an app or game published by Adhyay Tech on Google Play, and what happens to your data.
Option 1: Delete in the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Settings or Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Option 2: Send us a request
Fill in the form below, or email support@adhyaytech.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account" and the name of the app.
What we delete
- Your account profile, such as your name and email address.
- Your saved progress, content and settings in the app.
We complete deletion within 30 days of confirming your request.
What we may keep
- Purchase and invoice records that the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.
- Anonymous statistics that cannot identify you.
- Backup copies, which are removed within 90 days.
