These terms apply when you use the website, apps and games published by Adhyay Tech ("we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.
1. Using our apps and website
- Use our apps and website only for lawful purposes.
- Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell or interfere with our apps, except where the law allows it.
- Do not use our apps to harm, harass or mislead other people.
2. Accounts
If an app lets you create an account, keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time; see Account & Data Deletion.
3. Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are sold through Google Play and follow Google Play's terms and refund policies. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them in Google Play.
4. Client projects
When we build an app, game, website, ad, video or software for a client, the work is covered by a separate written quote or agreement. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
5. Intellectual property
Our apps, games, website, designs and code belong to Adhyay Tech or our licensors, unless a client agreement says otherwise. You may not use our name or logo without our permission.
6. Third-party services
Our apps may link to or use services from other companies, such as Google. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Disclaimer
We work to keep our apps accurate and available, but we provide them "as is" and cannot promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Adhyay Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our apps or website.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using our apps after a change, the updated terms apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are handled by the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat.
