In short: Snapfit collects nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no servers. Your photos are edited on your device and never leave it.
This policy applies specifically to Snapfit (Android package com.adhyaytech.snapfit) and the Snapfit web version. It replaces, for this app, the general app provisions of our company Privacy Policy, which describes what our apps may collect. Snapfit collects none of it.

2. What Snapfit collects
Nothing. Snapfit does not collect, store, transmit, sell or share any personal information or usage data. There is no account to create, nothing to sign in to, and no server to send anything to.
The app contains no analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, attribution or tracking software of any kind. It makes no network requests whatsoever: there is no code in the app that contacts any server, ours or anyone else's.
3. How your photos are handled
- Photos you open are read from your device and processed entirely in memory on your device.
- No photo, thumbnail or derived data is ever uploaded anywhere.
- Photos you export are written to your own photo library (
Pictures/Snapfiton Android). Nothing and nobody else receives them. - Open photos are held only while the app is running and are discarded when you close it.
4. Permissions
The Snapfit Android app requests no permissions and declares none. You choose which photos to open through your device's own photo picker, which grants access only to the photos you pick, only for that session. Saving uses the system media store, which on Android 10 and later needs no storage permission.
5. Information stored on your device
Snapfit saves one small preference locally so the app looks the way you left it: whether you chose the light or dark theme. It is stored on your device only, is not personal information, and is never transmitted. Uninstalling the app removes it.
The web version additionally caches the app's own files — its code, styles and fonts — in your browser so it can run offline. That cache contains no photos and no personal data, and clearing your browser's site data removes it.
6. Third parties
Snapfit contains no third-party SDK, service or component that collects, receives or transmits data. The app is built on Google's standard AndroidX support libraries, which operate entirely on the device and send nothing anywhere. Nothing is shared with anyone, because nothing is collected.
7. Your rights
Laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export and delete personal data held about you. Snapfit holds no such data, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export or delete. Your photos remain in your sole control on your own device at all times.
If you would like to exercise any of these rights in relation to other dealings with us — for example an email you sent us — see our Account & Data Deletion page.
8. Children
Snapfit is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
If a future version of Snapfit ever collects any data, this policy and the app's Google Play Data safety declaration will both be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top of this page will change.
